Withdrawal Information and Return Conditions

Effective: May 13, 2026

1. Right of Withdrawal

According to Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.), the Consumer, who qualifies as a consumer, is entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal without cause from the contract concluded with the Service Provider through distance communication.

The withdrawal period:

  • in the case of a contract for the sale of a product, expires 14 days after the day on which the Consumer or a third party designated by him, other than the carrier, takes possession of the product;
  • when providing multiple products, expires 14 days after the day on which the Consumer took possession of the last product delivered;
  • when providing a product consisting of multiple lots or pieces, 14 days after the date of receipt of the last lot or piece.

The Consumer may also exercise their right of withdrawal during the period between the date of concluding the contract and the date of taking possession of the product.

2. Method of Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

If the Consumer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must send a clear statement containing their intention to withdraw to the Service Provider using one of the following contact details:

The Consumer may, but is not obliged to, use the withdrawal form template provided below.

The Consumer exercises their right of withdrawal within the deadline if they send their withdrawal statement before the expiry of the above 14-day period. It is the Consumer's responsibility to prove that they exercised their right of withdrawal in accordance with the above provisions.

4. Product Return

The Consumer is obliged to return or hand over the product to the Service Provider without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from the communication of the withdrawal statement, to the following address:

The deadline shall be deemed met if the Consumer sends the product before the expiry of the 14-day deadline.

Important: We are unable to accept cash-on-delivery packages.

5. Legal Consequences of Withdrawal — Refund

If the Consumer withdraws from the contract, the Service Provider shall promptly, but no later than 14 days from becoming aware of the withdrawal, refund all payments received from the Consumer, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs incurred because the Consumer chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us).

During the refund, the Service Provider shall use the same payment method as used in the original transaction, unless the Consumer expressly agrees to another payment method. The Consumer shall not incur any additional costs as a result of using this refund method.

The Service Provider may withhold the refund until it has received the product back or the Consumer has provided conclusive proof that they have returned it, whichever is earlier.

6. Return Costs

The direct cost of returning the product shall be borne by the Consumer. The cost is typically in the order of a few thousand forints, depending on the return method chosen by the Consumer.

The Consumer shall only be liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Section 29 of Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.), the consumer cannot exercise their right of withdrawal in the following cases, among others:

  • in the case of a non-prefabricated product that was manufactured based on the Consumer's instructions or express request, or in the case of a product that was clearly tailored to the Consumer's personal needs;
  • in the case of perishable goods or goods with a short shelf life;
  • in the case of a sealed product which cannot be returned after unsealing for health protection or hygiene reasons;
  • in the case of a product which, by its nature, is inseparably mixed with other products after delivery;
  • in the case of the sale of sealed audio or video recordings and computer software copies, if the Consumer has unsealed the packaging after delivery.

8. Warranty Claims

The detailed rules for accessory warranty, product warranty, and guarantee are contained in point 8 of the General Terms and Conditions.
