Shipping and Payment Terms

1. Shipping Methods and Fees

Orders placed in the Webshop within Hungary are delivered by GLS General Logistics Systems Hungary Kft. courier service. You can choose from the following shipping methods:

In case of cash on delivery payment, an additional 350 Ft cash on delivery handling fee will be charged in addition to the above shipping fees.

2. Payment Methods

You can pay for your order using the following methods:

• Online credit card payment – via Shopify Payments' secure interface (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express). The Webshop does not store credit card data; it is processed directly by the payment service provider.
• Bank transfer in advance – to the following bank account:

  Bank: Erste Bank Hungary Zrt.

  Please indicate the order ID in the comment section. The order will be processed after the transfer amount is received.
• Cash on delivery upon receipt – to the courier in cash or by bank card (according to the courier company's capabilities), with an additional 350 Ft cash on delivery handling fee.

3. Order Processing and Packaging

Orders are handed over to the courier service on weekdays until 2:00 PM. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on non-working days will be processed on the next business day.

In case of bank transfer in advance, processing begins after the amount is received in our bank account.

The Customer will be notified by e-mail about the dispatch of packages, which will include the courier service's tracking ID.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

GLS courier service delivers packages within Hungary within 1-3 business days from dispatch. The courier service will directly notify the Customer about the exact delivery time via e-mail and/or SMS.

The indicated delivery times are for informational purposes only; weather conditions, public holidays, or courier service overload may occasionally cause deviations. The Service Provider is not responsible for any delays occurring due to these reasons.

5. Receipt

For GLS Parcel Locker delivery, the Customer can pick up the package at the selected GLS parcel locker within 5 business days after receiving the notification from the courier service. The package ID and a valid ID document are required for pickup.

For home delivery, the courier will deliver the package to the specified address. If the Customer is not at the specified address, the courier will attempt another delivery or leave a notice about the package's further fate.

Upon receipt, please check the integrity of the package in the presence of the courier. In case of a damaged package, immediately notify the courier and request a report, and contact us at info@peakgear.hu.

6. Unclaimed Packages

If the Customer does not claim the dispatched package and it is returned to us, the Service Provider will charge the Customer for the cost of re-delivery after consulting with the Customer. Re-delivery will only take place after the shipping cost has been settled by the Customer.

In case of unjustified refusal to accept the package, the Service Provider reserves the right to enforce costs related to dispatch (outbound and return shipping fees) against the Customer.

7. Invoicing

The Service Provider issues an electronic invoice for every order through the Billingo Technologies Zrt. invoicing system. The invoice will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer in PDF format. The electronic invoice is an authentic document compliant with current legislation.
